7. Shipping & Delivery

l RPS Fashion is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather
conditions, transportation disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party logistics providers.
l Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details, monitoring shipment
updates, and ensuring availability to receive deliveries.
l Delivery shall be considered completed once marked as delivered by the courier or logistics
provider.
l Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
l Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, refused shipments, returned parcels,
incorrect addresses, or repeated delivery attempts.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
l All sales are final unless otherwise required under applicable UAE law.
l Refunds are not guaranteed.
l Exchanges remain solely at the discretion of RPS Fashion.
l Refunds will generally not be issued for change of mind, incorrect size selection, shipping

evidence.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to deny refund requests, issue store credit instead of cash
refunds, deduct shipping or processing costs, or refuse repeat abuse claims.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
l Customers agree to contact RPS Fashion before initiating disputes, reversals, or chargebacks.
l Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension, refusal of
future service, debt recovery procedures, legal action, and reporting to payment providers or
financial institutions.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to submit delivery confirmations, IP logs, transaction records,
communication history, and fraud analysis evidence to financial institutions or dispute
investigators.
10. Intellectual Property
l All logos, branding, product images, graphics, text, website design, videos, layouts, and
marketing materials are the exclusive property of RPS Fashion unless otherwise stated.
l No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, scraped, or commercially
exploited without prior written permission.
