Welcome to RPS Fashion. This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through R P S FASHION -
L.L.C - S.P.C (“RPS Fashion”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in
full.
1. General Policy
l All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required under applicable UAE law.
l Refunds, returns, replacements, exchanges, or store credits are not guaranteed.
l Any exception granted shall remain solely at the discretion of RPS Fashion.

mind.

size selection by the customer.
l Refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credits will generally not be issued for failure to
review product descriptions or sizing information.
l Refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credits will generally not be issued for
dissatisfaction with minor color or material variations.
l Refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credits will generally not be issued for delays
caused by couriers, customs, weather, or third-party logistics providers.

promotional, clearance, or final-sale items.

promotional credits.

hygiene-sensitive products where resale is not possible.

submitted outside the permitted claim period.
4. Claim Submission Requirements
l Customers must submit refund requests within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
l Customers must provide the order number and accurate contact information.
l Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
l Customers must provide any additional information reasonably requested by RPS Fashion.
l Failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may result in rejection of the request.
5. Investigation & Review Process
l All claims are subject to internal review and investigation.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to request additional evidence before making a decision.
l Processing and review timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to deny claims suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or
bad-faith conduct.
l The Company’s determination regarding eligibility shall remain final to the maximum extent
permitted by law.
6. Returns Authorization
l Customers must not return products without written authorization from RPS Fashion.
l Unauthorized returns may be refused, rejected, or discarded without compensation.
l Return instructions, if approved, shall be provided directly by the Company.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
l Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing by
RPS Fashion.
l Customers assume responsibility for the safe return of approved items.
l Original shipping, handling, customs, processing, or transaction fees are non-refundable.
l RPS Fashion shall not be responsible for lost return shipments, courier damage during return
transit, customs delays, or import charges.
8. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer
l Delivery shall be considered completed once marked as delivered by the courier or logistics
provider.
l Packages confirmed as delivered shall be presumed successfully received.
l Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
l Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses and contact information are
accurate and accessible.
9. Refused Shipments & Failed Deliveries
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling expenses for refused
shipments.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs for failed deliveries.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to deny refunds entirely where appropriate.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to issue partial refunds only where appropriate.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to refuse future service.
10. Exchanges & Replacements
l Exchanges or replacements are not guaranteed.
l Approved exchanges remain subject to product availability.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to issue store credit instead of replacements or refunds.
l Replacement processing times are estimates only.
11. Store Credit
l RPS Fashion may issue store credit, promotional credit, replacement products, or partial
compensation instead of monetary refunds.
l Store credit may be non-transferable.
l Store credit may be subject to expiration periods.
l Store credit may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.
12. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to refuse suspicious refund requests.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to investigate unusual purchasing behavior.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to restrict or permanently suspend customer accounts.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to refuse future transactions.
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to report fraudulent conduct to payment providers or authorities.
l Evidence including delivery confirmations, IP logs, communication history, payment verification
records, and fraud analysis data may be submitted during dispute investigations or chargeback
proceedings.
13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
l Customers agree to contact RPS Fashion before initiating chargebacks, payment reversals,
banking disputes, or payment provider complaints.
l Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions, refusal of
future service, debt recovery procedures, additional administrative costs, or legal action where
applicable.
14. Third-Party Services
l RPS Fashion is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by payment gateways,
banks, courier companies, customs authorities, third-party logistics providers, technology
platforms, or external service providers.
15. Limitation of Liability
l To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPS Fashion shall not be liable for indirect losses,
consequential damages, loss of profits, shipping delays, delivery failures, payment processor
issues, or customer dissatisfaction beyond applicable legal obligations.
l Maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
16. Right to Modify
l RPS Fashion reserves the right to update this Refund Policy, modify refund procedures, change
eligibility requirements, refuse service, or discontinue products or services at any time without
prior notice.
l Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
l This Refund Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
l Any disputes arising from purchases, refunds, or transactions shall fall under the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
